Representative will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Needs to be an experienced, self-driven and motivated Voice Agent.

He/She will be responsible for making outbound calls

Following the provided “scripts” when handling different topics

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

International BPO Experience is a given Prefernce.

Exceptional interpersonal, Sales, problem-solving, verbal (US accent), and written communication Skills

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively Educational Qualification Requirement

Preference 6 months of International Outbound Sales experience (US)

Freshers can apply

Prior experience in Health Care or Mass Tort Domain Preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
