**Name of the Position: US Voice Process**

**Location: Work from home**

**Requisites**:

- Minimum of 2 years of cold calling experience, preferably in the software services industry.
- Education in Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex software solutions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges during cold calls.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients in targeted industries.
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and present our software services.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients, including notes on interactions and follow-up tasks.
- Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and our sales representatives.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, creating a foundation for long-term partnerships.
- Understand the client's business needs and tailor the conversation to highlight the benefits of our services.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and appointment setting success.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and areas for improvement.
