Designation: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process - US)

**Reporting to**: Team leader - Voice

**Location**: Pune

**Qualification**: Undergraduate, Graduate (B Com, BA,) No technical background

**Work Experience required**: 0.6-3 years in US Voice Process.

**Division/Department **: Voice Process

**Type of position ** : Permanent

**Travel**:Not Required

**Role Explanation**
- Out Bound Collections (Voice Process)
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.

**Addition Requirements**
- Should be flexible working in night shifts.
- Experience in International BPO
(US) is a MUST.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
