**About the Role**: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our Commercial Fit outs & managed services business. This role involves prospecting, client relationship management, and closing strategic deals across sectors like real estate. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach. - Client Meetings: Conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) to present services and customized solutions. - Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity tracking. - Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes aligned with client needs. - Negotiation & Closure: Lead commercial discussions and close deals with decision-makers. - Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solutioning and execution. - Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 0 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial interior solutions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand our offerings and translate them into client benefits. - Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently. Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
