**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, or Workday
- Ability to research and stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of succession planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
