As an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner - India & Southeast Asia, at Hitachi Energy, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent across the Southeast Asian region. You will play a critical role in shaping Hitachi's leadership landscape by executing strategic recruitment initiatives and building strong relationships with hiring leaders and executive candidates.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active executive candidates within India & Southeast Asian market, utilizing a variety of channels including executive search firms, professional networks, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive-level positions, from initial requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partner closely with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and HR business partners across various Hitachi business units in India & Southeast Asia to understand their talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide strategic guidance on market trends and talent availability.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications against job requirements and company culture, and present comprehensive candidate summaries to hiring managers, facilitating informed hiring decisions.
- Continuously monitor the executive talent landscape in India & Southeast Asia, providing insights on competitive intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.
- Build and nurture strong & long-term relationships with executive candidates, maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future leadership.
- Act as an ambassador for Hitachi, effectively communicating the company's value proposition and culture to attract and engage executive talent.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in executive hiring
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the executive recruitment process, ensuring a broad and equitable candidate pool.

Your Background
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any stream with a minimum of years of progressive experience in executive talent acquisition, with a significant focus on recruiting senior leadership roles within multinational corporations, preferably in the technology, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting executive talent across multiple Southeast Asian countries. Deep understanding of the local talent markets, cultural nuances, and business landscapes within the region is essential.
- Prior experience working with or for an executive search firm is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing creative and effective executive sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior leadership and executive candidates.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and the strategic importance of executive talent to organizational success.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Bahasa Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) is a significant advantage..
