**Roles and Responsibilities**

The role is fulltime & permanent. Payroll will be managed by third partyA leading Automotive Brand is looking for Talent Acquisition Executive for their growing team. The role entails coordinating with Stakeholders for particular line of business & functional heads for meeting the end to end Hiring support, including planning, mapping, talent engagement & compensation analysis / benchmarking and analysis**The role would entail the following broad responsibilities**
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are met with delighting turn around, with a long-term talent strategy in mind

Build strong relationship with existing hiring consultants and review progress on a daily basis.

Liaise with search partners and communicate the requirements effectively and share real time feedback on the interview process
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Partner with other HR team members to ensure great onboarding experience, background verification and documentation closure in time
