As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team.Job OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment, identifying top tech talent, managing hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Project Managers, etc.). Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer rollout. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates & hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networks to attract top talent. Track and manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
