Counsel stakeholders with their recruiting needs by driving Market/Skill Mapping for various
Work on Leadership and Strategic positions and responsible for delivery of India
Develop and lead the Campus Recruitment Program for the Group
Devise the Channel mix to ensure competitive cost per hire is managed within the stipulated budgets
Attend recruitment review calls along with Business Line Managers and Functional Heads pertaining to manpower planning/ forecasted requirements
Ensure adherence to audit process, code of conduct, governance, risk and compliance
Liaise with staffing agencies
Ownership of recruitment reports
Work closely with the Recruitment Head to establishing recruitment processes

**Mandates
**Manage and coach team members and drive their overall performance and productivity
Manage delivery from the team for open requirements
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Drive team as well as Individual goals on a monthly basis
Train & mentor new hires on the recruitment processes & policies
HR Business Partner:
Responsible for Induction & Joining, Training & Development / PMS / Employee Engagement / HRIS / HR Ops
Responsible to implement the delivery of business strategy and plan with assigned business group
Partner with the business to inform talent planning & acquisition activities

Responsible to handle cases of Background Verification
