Job Description: Sr. Recruitment Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Sr. Recruitment Specialist
to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for positions requiring security clearances and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our government and defense contracts. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining compliance with clearance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience
    , with at least
    2 year in cleared or government contracting recruitment preferred
    .

  • Proven ability to successfully source and place candidates with varying clearance levels (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Polygraph, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools, including clearance-specific job boards (e.g., , Monster, ClearanceJobs, Dice).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, clearance levels, and talent needs.

  • Source and engage cleared candidates through online job boards, clearance databases, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback coordination.

  • Provide recommendations for hiring decisions and assist in extending and negotiating offers.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external staffing partners and cleared recruiting networks.

  • Maintain compliance with all federal regulations and company policies regarding cleared candidates.

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and best practices in cleared recruitment.
