Telecaller Intern

**Job Title**: Telecaller Intern - Construction Sales Agency (English Only)

**Location**: Jammu, India

**Duration**: 3-Month Internship

**Salary**: Stipend + Incentives

**About Us**:
We are a growing **sales agency specializing in lead generation and client acquisition for top construction firms** in Jammu. We are looking for motivated and communicative interns who are fluent in English to assist in connecting potential clients with premium construction services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about construction services in English.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients and answer any inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of calls, customer information, and feedback.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Fresh graduates (BBA, BCom, BA, or similar fields).
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English** (verbal and written).
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer objections and questions with professionalism.
- Comfortable with telecalling and maintaining customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales (training will be provided).
