Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to our unplaced candidates and facilitating their transition into suitable employment opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, providing information about job openings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth placement process for our candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to unplaced candidates who have completed our vocational training programs.
  • Provide detailed information about job opportunities available within our network of partner companies.
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and preferences to match them with suitable job openings.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and prospective employers, coordinating timing and logistics as needed.
  • Follow up with candidates to gather feedback, address queries, and provide ongoing support throughout the placement process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress using our CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the candidate placement process and achieve placement targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and institute offerings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or communication is a plus.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards assisting candidates in their job search journey.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
