**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Explain company services and products clearly to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, client responses, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into prospects.
- Proficiency in Hindi & English (Kannada is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or Excel for data entry.
