About the Role
The Mandatory Learning Squad manage the global approach to mandatory learning at ANZ, supporting the Mandatory Learning Governance Framework as well as delivering an excellent employee experience.
Working within the Mandatory Learning Squad, an Employee Journey Expert delivers enterprise-wide mandatory learning solutions and related cyclical activities. The role consults broadly to Talent & Culture, Risk and Compliance and the business on endorsed enterprise-wide, division and business unit-specific mandatory learning requirements.
The Employee Journey Expert will also play a role in assuring the end to end employee experience when undertaking mandatory learning in SuccessFactors Learning, ANZ’s learning management system. This includes, but is not limited to; knowledge of course design, development and testing, deployment, maintenance and reporting.

What will your day look like?
As an Employee Journey Expert within the Mandatory Learning, you will:
Responsible for ensuring successful deployment of Mandatory compliance learning on the Learning Management system (LMS), overseeing all system-related aspects of training set-up, assignment, reporting, and follow-up processes in the LMS
Develop, deliver and optimize employee mandatory compliance learning journeys and associated requirements within agreed timelines, adopting agile principles
Maintain and improve the end-to-end mandatory compliance learning experience for ANZ employees
Closely collaborate across teams, business stakeholders across the organization and geographies in support of designing and delivering on the initiatives related to mandatory compliance learning, to enhance quality of service for end users
Understand all of the components that make up the ANZ mandatory learning ecosystem (systems, processes and architectures)
Perform data analysis on learning assignment as well as HR data, as needed to determine the target audience to complete necessary trainings
Find the best path for delivery that balances overall completion and total investment with minimisation of time to value, with a ‘system-wide’ view and deep understanding of risk and appropriate mitigation of delivery and process risk
Address stakeholder requests and questions; provide LMS-related guidance to solution business learning requirements.
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency when needed to respond to regulatory requests and/or to meet time-sensitive training launch timelines.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience with administering global online training on an LMS; ability to interpret business requirements / needs and implement in LMS, including assignment, exclusion, and reporting requests.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
An ability to work strategically to conceptualise end to end learning solutions while considering the requirements of learning operations to deploy mandatory learning experiences.
Experience as a digital learning consultant
Learning and development consulting experience particularly in relation to understanding best practice in digital learning design, development, and deployment
Proven experience in project delivery, planning, dependency, and risk management
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
‘Good to have’ knowledge, skills, and experiences.
SuccessFactors Learning Management Experience (or equivalent Learning Management Systems)
Understanding of organizational structure/restructure, HR data, and business needs to determine effective assignment strategy within capabilities of LMS functionality.
