**About the Role**:
Recruitment Central is hiring a proactive and smart **Recruitment Executive** to assist our Recruitment Manager in day-to-day hiring and HR-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, tech-savvy, and ready to take initiative. You’ll get hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and also support in various HR content and event-related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft job descriptions for various roles as per client or internal requirements.
- Support in creating HR-related content, videos, reels, and social media posts.
- Visit job fairs, colleges, or client locations occasionally for recruitment drives or events.
- Provide admin support during interviews, onboarding, and training sessions.
- Stay updated with new recruitment tools and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Familiar with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
- Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, or social media recruitment is a plus.
- Should be willing to travel for field work when required.
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask and support on various HR operations.
- A positive attitude and team player.

**What We Offer**:
