The role involves building strong industry connections, facilitating student internships and final placements, and supporting institutional goals of enhancing student employability.The ideal candidate should have excellent networking abilities, proven experience in corporate relations, and a strong understanding of campus recruitment processes in the higher education sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters, industry leaders, and HR professionals to expand placement opportunities.Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, industry visits, and guest lectures in collaboration with partner organizations.Coordinate student placement activities, including resume -building workshops, pre -placement talks, and interview preparation.Identify and onboard new companies for student internships and final placements across diverse domains.Track and analyze placement statistics, maintain employer databases, and generate regular reports for management.Collaborate with the training team to align employability skills programs with industry expectations.Provide career counseling and guidance to students to help them align with industry requirements and career goals.Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and recruiters during the placement process.Represent the institution at industry forums, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. RequirementsQualification:MBA/PGDM (preferred specialization in HR/Marketing/General Management).3–5 years of experience in Student Placements, Corporate Relations, or Career Services, preferably in higher education.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.
