At Skrap, we offer sustainability workshops and activities that inspire, engage and influence positive climate action. Our workshops are designed to introduce new sustainability concepts, share solutions and help translate intent into action.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Facilitation**:Facilitate workshops, both online and in-person. Work closely with team members to ensure a high-quality experience for participants across our sustainability engagements.
- ** Project planning and coordination**:Coordinate with the clients in a timely and effective manner to ensure seamless coordination and execution of engagement activities.** **Plan and execute engagements, outline timelines, tasks, and resource requirements internally.
- ** Content development**:Research and create content for new workshops and activities. Anchor the development of online courses. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in sustainability education, integrating relevant insights into new and existing workshops.
- ** Client servicing**:Build and nurture relationships with clients, understand their requirements and curate offerings for them. We invest time in building meaningful client relationships.
- ** Continuous improvement**:Capture feedback and insights post workshops. We follow an iterative process to continuously enhance our workshops content and delivery.
- Have knowledge and hands-on experience on sustainable living and lead a low-waste lifestyle. Are curious to learn and experiment in your daily life with new sustainability ideas and concepts.
- Have strong public speaking and storytelling skills. You are someone who is confident and comfortable with an audience, can feel the pulse of your audience and can draw participants in.
- Have created content and learning experiences for children and/or adults in the past
- Have prior facilitation experience of 2 to 5 years
- Have project management experience of minimum 2 years
- Can create visually compelling presentations, and have basic knowledge of Canva
