**Position Title**: Corporate Psychologist - Workshops and Webinars
**Department**: Learning & Development (L&D)
**Reports To**: Learning & Development Department Represenative
**Location**: Client Site or Remote

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Workshop and Webinar Design**: Develop and deliver tailored workshops, webinars, and seminars on topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, resilience, work-life balance, mental health awareness, team dynamics, and leadership development.
- **Content Development**: Collaborate with the L&D team to design training materials, presentations, and resources that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct virtual and in-person workshops and webinars, ensuring content is engaging, educational, and interactive.
- **Employee Support**: Provide individual and group counseling to employees when necessary, addressing mental health concerns, personal development, and workplace-related challenges.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through surveys, feedback, and assessments, and continuously improve content and delivery.
- **Collaboration with HR**: Work closely with the HR and management teams to identify areas of improvement and customize programs that address specific organizational needs.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in psychology, mental health, and corporate wellness to ensure workshop content remains relevant and impactful.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track attendance, engagement levels, and progress of participants, providing regular reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate psychology, mental health workshops, or employee wellness programs.
- **Skills**:

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to design interactive and engaging training programs.
- Knowledge of organizational behavior, mental health, and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in psychology, mental health first aid, or corporate wellness are a plus.
