Location: Museum of Solutions (MuSo), Lower Parel, Mumbai

Duration: Full-Time (Office-Based) | Tuesday to Sunday | 8.5 hours/day

Stipend: 15,000/month

The Museum of Solutions is a vibrant, hands-on learning space where children explore, innovate, and problem-solve through experiential exhibits and creative workshops. We inspire young minds to engage with real-world challenges in playful, meaningful ways.

Role: Facilitator Intern

We are seeking energetic, empathetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team As a Visitor Experience Intern, you will be the friendly face welcoming visitors, supporting their exploration journey, and ensuring every child and caregiver leaves with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and orient visitors, ensuring a seamless and joyful museum experience.
  • Engage with children and families at exhibits, explaining activities and encouraging playful learning.
  • Assist in setting up and facilitating workshops, pop-up events, and educational activities.
  • Collect visitor feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe activity and exhibit zones.
  • Address visitor queries kindly and escalate issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with educators, designers, and makers to enhance visitor engagement.

Who Should Apply:

  • Students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields.
  • Passionate about working with children and creating engaging, people-first experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, proactive, patient, and calm even during busy days.
  • Team players with attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
