Position: Auto Exhibit Intern

Location: Museum of Solutions (MuSo), Lower Parel, Mumbai

Duration: 34 months (possibility of extension based on performance and project needs)

Department: Exhibits & Programs

Stipend: 8,000 per month

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday weekly off)

About the Role:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic engineering students or recent graduates from any discipline to join

as interns for our Auto Exhibit — an immersive and interactive experience designed to introduce

children to the world of automobiles.

  • As an Auto Exhibit Intern, you will engage with young visitors, simplify complex concepts, guide them

through fun, hands-on activities, and help create a safe and inspiring environment. This internship

provides a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge while developing strong

communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Engagement: Explain concepts related to science, technology, and automobiles to children

and families in a simple, interactive, and engaging way.

  • Activity Facilitation: Guide children in hands-on activities such as assembling model cars and

experimenting with motion, speed, and energy.

  • Exhibit Support: Assist with the maintenance and basic troubleshooting of interactive displays and

models.

  • Safety Supervision: Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in a well-organized environment.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather visitor insights and share suggestions for improving the exhibit

experience.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed an engineering program (any branch) or a related technical field.
  • Strong curiosity and understanding of basic engineering and scientific concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain ideas in simple, engaging language.
  • Interest in child engagement, education, and public interaction.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage live demonstrations and activities.
