Job Role : Intern – Operations
Team       : Buyer Onboarding
Internship Tenure: 3 months (with the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance)

Job Description:

  • Conducting KYC of buyers

  • Calling buyers for the verification process

  • Onboarding buyers to the Drip platform

  • Resolving queries over call and email

  • Maintaining TAT and responding to emails within defined timelines

Skills Required:

  • BBA, BCA, B,Com, or any Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Open to working flexible hours

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM/ 3 PM - 12 AM
