**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive
**Location**: Pacific Mall Tagore Garden, Pacific Mall Jasola and Pacific Mall NSP
**Experience Required**: 2-5 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work on customer portals and ensure timely updates.
- Encourage and guide customers to download and use the app.
- Drive and increase new customer registrations.
- Manage and maintain voucher inventory at the customer desk.
- Build and strengthen PR with all retailers to support mall initiatives.
- Enhance visitor experience by implementing effective customer service initiatives.
- Monitor and improve service standards including cleanliness, security, and customer assistance.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Ensure events align with the mall’s brand and enhance visitor satisfaction.
- Maintain customer MIS and ensure all related documentation is updated daily.
- Focus on customer retention and loyalty-building strategies.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
- Proactive, approachable and team-oriented personality.
**Qualification**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality / Retail Management preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
