
Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our client's Digital Marketing Firm as an Customer Accounts Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between clients and our design team to ensure the timely and accurate submission of designs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate the submission of design drafts and revisions, ensuring they meet client expectations and project deadlines.
- Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may impact project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and design specifications.
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to address any concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Strive to exceed client expectations and cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall efficiency of client coordination and design submission.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management, customer service, or project coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for design and a genuine interest in ensuring client satisfaction and success.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
