Key Responsibilities:
Sell oxygen cans and cylinders to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, industries, and retail outlets.
Develop and manage a sales territory with a strong pipeline of new and repeat customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Build long-term relationships with clients, providing consistent after-sales support.
Visit clients regularly to provide product information, usage training, and collect feedback.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and track competitor activities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms professionally in line with company policies.
Ensure all sales comply with safety and regulatory standards, especially for medical-grade oxygen.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and client visit logs.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely delivery and stock availability.
Resolve client issues or complaints efficiently to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels and demand trends to optimize supply and reduce lead times.
Represent the company in trade fairs, medical expos, and promotional campaigns.
Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing knowledge on product handling and sales techniques.
Stay updated on industry developments, safety norms, and product innovations to maintain competitive edge.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in gas sales, medical devices, or industrial product sales.
Graduate in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Strong knowledge of oxygen product types (medical & industrial) and safety compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
