**Job Description** Scrum Master Position Description - Ensures that the identified Agile process is followed - Ensures that Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Meeting, Refinement, Retrospective, Review/Demo) occur; - Ensures that the iteration/sprint artifacts are delivered; - Removes impediments and oversees the ability of the team to deliver the iteration/sprint goal; - Owns the iteration/sprint content and keeps it up to date; - Owns the iteration/sprint delivery; - Collaborates with the PO at all phases of the iterations/sprints; - Collaborates with the PO to complete and deliver the iteration/sprint report to external stakeholders (SDM, YP directors, PM); - Is responsible for creating CRQ tickets for releases; - Protects the team from interferences and iteration scope changes and keeps them focused on the tasks in hand; - Ensures that continuous improvement happen; - Ensures the team presence at the Release management meeting; - Collaborates with the PM at all phases of an initiative (participate to initiative meetings, etc.).
