We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals (freshers/ 0-1 year experienced) to join our Sales team and drive the sales of our flagship product, Synerger - a cutting-edge merger and acquisition software solution. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue generation. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Targeted Sales Approach**: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to promote Synerger software within the M&A market segment, leveraging your understanding of client needs and pain points.
- **Goal-Oriented Sales Execution**: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to delivering results.
- **Client Engagement**: Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences, nurturing relationships and converting leads into sales opportunities.
- **Solution Selling**: Consultatively sells Synerger software solutions to clients, demonstrating how our product can address their specific challenges and add tangible value to their business operations.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads, opportunities, and deal progress and providing regular updates to management on sales forecasts and performance metrics.
- **Incentive-Driven Performance**: Drive performance excellence by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, and unlock impressive incentives and rewards for your achievements.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: MBA or equivalent degree with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Strong desire to work with a targeted approach and a demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities and market conditions.

Pay: ₹9,140.29 - ₹32,928.07 per month
