**Job Profile: Field Sales Executive**
**Role Overview**
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be crucial in promoting and selling fire safety and ELV systems to potential clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of products, including fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, PA (Public Address) systems, access control systems, gas suppression systems, data and voice solutions, IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems), and fire-fighting equipment.

Sales Development:
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand market share within the electrical and fire safety sectors.
Manage key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electrical products, systems, and fire safety equipment.
Provide technical consultations to customers regarding product selection, installation, and maintenance.
Conduct product presentations and site surveys to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Market Research & Reporting:
Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the electrical and fire safety sectors.
Report sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, engineers, and technical support teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Participate in product training and continuous learning to keep up with evolving technology and industry standards.
Customer Support:
Provide post-sale support and troubleshooting to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services.
Follow up on leads, resolve inquiries, and manage any issues related to orders or installations.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the electrical and fire safety sectors.
Previous experience working with electrical systems, fire alarm systems, and other safety equipment.
Strong understanding of fire safety codes, regulations, and electrical safety standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Industrial Sales experience, Direct sales.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in fire safety, ELV systems, or fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, PA (Public Address) systems, access control systems, gas suppression systems, data and voice solutions, IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems), and fire-fighting equipment related domains.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and other ELV solutions.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

**Compensation**
