**Position Objective**:
Purchase Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for the organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate the procurement process, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Day to day updates and follow ups.
- Maintain the work reports and delivery status of projects.
- Develops and maintains internal project schedule based on timelines given to him / her by the person in charge.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and create a comprehensive procurement plan.
- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Receive and review purchase requisitions from various departments.
- Generate purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Track and manage order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Bcom, Supply chain management or Business Studies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivation and accountability for every aspect of project management to exceed
- Excellent organisational skills required, along with high-level attention to detail.

**Perks**

Package: ₹ 2.4 to 3 LPA

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
