📌 Job Title: Workday Support Analyst 📍 Location: Bengaluru 🕒 Shift: Night Shift 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days WFO; must be flexible for 5 days if required) 💼 Experience Required: 1–2 years Notice Period: Immediate joiners only 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Handle HR escalations and inquiries promptly and professionally. - Execute repeatable HR processes with high accuracy while meeting SLAs. - Perform data audits and collaborate with HR partners to ensure data integrity. - Coordinate with vendors for system updates, configurations, and mass uploads. - Support troubleshooting and issue resolution in HR systems, primarily Workday. - Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvements. - Manage and prioritize daily tasks in alignment with the team lead. - Work in rotational shifts, including complete US business hours. 🔹 Must-Have Requirements - Experience in end-to-end HR operations. - Hands-on experience in Workday support. - Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts only. - Immediate joiners will be considered. 🔹 Preferred Skills (Good to Have) - Exposure to Taleo and Workday support-related tasks. - Experience with HR onboarding applications. - Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools. 📨 Interested candidates can share their resumes at: 📧 swagatika.s@twsol.com
