The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical Workday team, ensuring optimal system performance, process alignment, and successful deployment of new functionalities.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workday modules (HCM / Financials).- Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documents.- Support configuration, testing (unit, UAT, regression), and deployment of Workday enhancements and integrations.- Analyze system issues and provide effective resolutions in collaboration with the Workday support or development team.- Partner with global stakeholders to implement new Workday functionality and optimize existing business processes.- Prepare reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.- Assist with change management, user training, and process documentation.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday updates and releases, assessing their impact on business processes.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Workday HCM or Finance modules.- Strong understanding of business processes in HR (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Payroll) or Finance (Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Reporting).- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations.- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, and UAT support.- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills- Workday certification in HCM or Financials modules.- Exposure to Workday Studio, BIRT, EIBs, or Core Connectors.- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
