Workday Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities : - Analyze primary and secondary business processes within Workday to identify opportunities for process improvements.- Work with various datasets in Workday to ensure accurate and effective HR data management.- Conduct analysis related to upstream and downstream integrations.- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements.- Distribute HR data effectively across relevant systems and stakeholders.- Assist in creating and maintaining functional documentation, process flows, and reports.- Provide support during Workday upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system and API-related issues in a timely manner.- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training support to Skills and Qualifications : - Strong knowledge of API management and integration processes.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and tools such as Postman or Fiddler.- Proficiency in troubleshooting API issues.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, or Reporting) are a Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Workday Business Analyst or similar role.- Hands-on experience working with Workday HR modules and data management (ref:hirist.tech)
