Workday Business Analyst/Scrum Master

Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Support and manage Workday module enhancements, with a focus on Workday HCM.- Document business processes and requirements in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).- Translate stakeholder and user needs into clear, actionable user stories.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.- Monitor and report sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and milestone progress.- Oversee release management, including updates to release notes and communication with key stakeholders.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.- Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery momentum and operational efficiency.Required Qualifications :- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within HR or IT domains.- Proven experience supporting Workday module enhancements (strong preference for Workday HCM).- Prior Scrum Master experience or certification, with strong understanding of Agile methodologies.- Proficiency in managing and streamlining workflows and user stories in Jira.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Exposure to Workday Recruit or other Workday modules.- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.- Experience with technical integrations and system implementations.
