- Researching potential vendors for Products & Services.
- Comparing and evaluating offers from potential vendors & suppliers.
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Preparation of Comparative Statement / Management Approval Note.
- Drafting and issuing purchase orders with complete specifications, and requirements.
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicating with vendors on pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
- Overall **Purchase Planning & Scheduling, including maintaining a Purchase database**.
- Reviewing and ensuring the quality of purchased products.
- Handling billing and payment.
- Evaluating Vendor performance and establishing and managing vendor relationships.
- Handling **Export and import operations** - documentation, clearance, and reverse logistics.
- Interacting with Freight Forwarders for freight negotiation and shipment planning.
- Renewal / Establishing SOP with CHA and forwarding agents ensuring optimum service.
- Interaction and monitoring custom clearance, logistics and delivery.
- Insurance for imports and exports, claims and renewals.

**Salary**: ₹14,142.55 - ₹36,250.44 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Aerospace n Purchase Officer: 5 years (preferred)
