**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **QSR Team Members**. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day restaurant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Provide a friendly, helpful, and prompt service to customers.
- Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Food Preparation and Quality Control**:

- Prepare food items in accordance with company standards and recipes.
- Ensure that all food is fresh, cooked to the appropriate standards, and served at the correct temperature.
- Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and storage.
- **Cleaning and Organization**:

- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and restroom areas clean and organized at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining equipment.
- **Cash Handling and Register**:

- Operate the cash register and handle cash and payments accurately.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and follow company policies regarding cash management and refunds.
- **Teamwork and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service during peak times.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management to ensure efficient service.
- **Stocking and Inventory**:

- Assist in stocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Report any inventory shortages or discrepancies to management.
- **Adherence to Health and Safety Standards**:

- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all company and regulatory guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- **Experience**: Previous **experience in a QSR is mandatory.** similar fast-paced food environment is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company procedures.
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service.
- Freshers can apply.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Food handling or safety certification (depending on location and local laws).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
