**Job Title**:Train & Air Booking Staff**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle train and air ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Assist customers in selecting the best travel options based on their requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, routes, schedules, and policies.
- Process payments and issue invoices for bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, railways, and travel partners for smooth ticketing operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Keep track of industry trends, fare changes, and promotional offers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in train and air ticket booking (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of travel booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or IRCTC portal (a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
