**About the Role**:
GSK is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to support the CSR lead in the end-to-end management of flagship running events including the Mumbai Marathon, Delhi Half Marathon, and organizing a new run in a different city under our CSR initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, CSR strategy implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Mumbai Marathon and Delhi Half Marathon CSR activities.
- Support the organisation and launch/identify a new charity run event in a different city (preferably in Nashik).
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all running events.
- Support promotional activities, including communication and outreach for participant engagement.
- Help compile pre and post-event reports/ collaterals/ social media campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support to the CSR team as required.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for sports, event management and CSR.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.

**Duration**:5 months
**Location**:Mumbai (with possible travel for event sites)
**Stipend**:Competitive stipend will be provided
