**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CSR Fund Management**: Oversee and track the allocation of CSR funds for various projects, ensuring transparent use and compliance with guidelines.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with the Project Manager to implement and monitor CSR-funded initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain records of CSR activities and expenditures, preparing reports for donor and internal stakeholders as required.
- **Compliance & Governance**: Ensure that all CSR activities adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and donor expectations.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Cooperate with donor and other key stakeholders to update them on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- **Impact Monitoring**: Assist in tracking the social and environmental impact of CSR initiatives and ensure that they are aligned with the Foundation's mission.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Work with the Project Manager and other teams to ensure effective project execution, fundraising, and resource management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in CSR, project coordination, or related roles (experience with CSR-funded projects is a plus).
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of CSR principles, project management processes, and non-profit sector operations.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- **Passion for Social Impact**: Genuine interest in community development, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
