**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify market trends and potential areas for growth.
- Present technical solutions to clients, demonstrating how our products meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
