- Assist in coordinating and managing the logistics and supply chain activities, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Monitor and track the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations and resolve any logístical challenges.
- Conduct analysis and utilize problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and compliance records.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry, ensuring adherence to legal and safety standards.
- Support in the coordination and execution of inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors and suppliers based on their reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
