Or certification in required field with 3years’ degree course.

**2.** **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years.

**3.** **Roles and Responsibilities**
- a) Search for tenders

b) preparing and reviewing tender documents

c) scope of works

d) checking the feasibility for qualification

e) preparing presentations

f) risk matrix

g) preparing cost estimation by contacting required vendors

h) information to top management to get approval for bidding

i) E-tendering /online bidding in support of company’s sales department.

**4.** **Skill set**
- a. Strong time-management and organizational skills.

b. Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.

c. Well-developed negotiation skills.

d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

e. Creative and innovative thinking.

f. Problem-solving skills.

g. Knowledge of E-Tendering with various Government departments, must from IT/Computer/Networking/telecom field/company.

h. Strong computer skills, and strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

**5.** **Areas of Expertise**
- a) Government Tenders, Tender Tracking.

b) Ability to manage multiple bids at the same time without losing focus.

c) Pre-Bid Meeting Attending the Pre-Bid Meetings for a clear understanding of the scope of the Work/Project.

d) Preparation and Submission Controlling & Managing the entire tender process from documentation preparation, Preparing Estimation, Price Bidding (BOQs) and related documents. And Responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget. Work with Finance to close on financial terms and commercials. Communication with Consortium Partners and respective OEMs.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
