
Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary role will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and that any issues they have are resolved promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so it is important that you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Handling and resolving customer escalations
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
- Providing feedback to management on customer issues and suggesting improvements to the customer service process
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to customers where appropriate
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
