**Key Responsibilities**
- Working as a strong connecting link and point of contact between marketing, sales and various stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- New Vendor development for purchase of different types of marketing promotional material.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Arranging promotional inputs for new device installation.
- Coordinate with designer and field staff for creating promotional videos.
- Processing Purchase Orders.
- Monitoring quantity and quality of goods received.
- Coordinate with printer for LBL & brochure printing and maintaining records.
- Taking care of Cartons / Label printing part. - Dispatch LBL & promotional gift input to field staff.
- Maintain Inventory of all marketing packaging material. - Material price Negotiation.
- Imparting training to field staff on saneforce.
- Dispatching marketing inputs to newly joined field staff.

**Administrative work**
- Arrange the stationary for MR like (Bag / Visual aids /Visiting card / Diary / pen etc)
- Lunch and snacks arrangement for guest or event.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift
