**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **IT Support Intern** to join our IT team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or recent graduates with a keen interest in IT hardware and infrastructure support. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the company’s computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **first-level support** for hardware-related issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the **installation, configuration, and maintenance** of hardware components and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic **network connectivity issues**.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and support documentation.
- Set up and configure new user accounts and workstations.
- Support in managing office devices like projectors, routers, and biometric systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff in a timely manner.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT support.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-6 months of experience (internship/freelance/project work is a plus).
- Willingness to work from office and provide on-site support.
