**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories) that aligns with brand goals and audience interests.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and provide insights for content optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Respond to audience comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to inform content strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with key social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce content that resonates with audiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred but not required).
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
