**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. The intern will assist in various social media initiatives to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- **Campaign Management**: Assist in designing and executing social media campaigns to promote our brand and products.
- **Editorial Calendar**: Create and manage weekly and monthly editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify high-performing content and areas for improvement.
- **Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- **Event Support**: Assist in promoting and covering live and online events through social media.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,641.38 - ₹22,240.11 per month
