**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- **EXP: 3-4 YEARS**:
- To ensure compliance with the Charity Commissioner office. We have a CC lawyer and compliances are already listed. He must ensure it happens. Like updating of minute books, documentation/upkeep of various registers etc.
- Knowledge, Regular Overview and updating of all Trust documents to ensure they are easily and readily available.
- Full knowledge of our main operations - order / dispatch of books. In absence of Admin Executive should be able to oversee this operation in coordination with the warehouse.
- Oversight of Trust’s copyright and Trademark registrations and communication with respective lawyers.
- Study the inventory and ensure timely POs are issued to the printers. We have a Production Manager. But CS should be aware of the operation involved herein.
- Oversight of various tasks given to Pre-Press team. There is a task head already available within the Prepress Team
- Making regular visual presentations on various aspects of our operations including finances.
- Once acquainted with above operations he can ensure automation is achieved in all areas. This would include implementing employee time sheets aspects in the ERP/Task Management etc. Making operations paperless and yet accessible.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Juhu, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
