**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all payments are processed accurately, securely, and in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile balances on payment service provider accounts, addressing any discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with banks, payment service providers, and internal teams to optimize payment operations.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, generating reports and insights for management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and fraud prevention measures.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in payment workflows.
- Provide high-quality customer support for payment-related inquiries.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

**Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of payment methods, regulations, and industry best practices.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in payment processing, banking, or financial services.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial software.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for payment challenges.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and research methodologies.

**Work Environment & Expectations**:

- The Payments Associate must work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes as the industry evolves.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Night shift
