Job Title - Reservation Associate

1) No Experience Required.

**Job Profile**:

- Provide guests with detailed information about room types, facilities, amenities, packages, and promotions.
- Handling Customer Leads and converting those leads into business for Hotels.
- Resolve guest concerns or issues related to reservations professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the Hotel's Front Office to ensure smooth handling of guest arrivals, special requests, or group bookings.
- Handling of the Central Reservation System and payments for the Hotel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
