As a **_Growth Strategy Associate_** at Consultport, you will be a part of our founding team for our expansion in India. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a multi-billion market while learning about how consulting and innovative platform businesses work and build.

**_Your mission_**
- Help us expand our business successfully in India and internationally by identifying new strategies, and by being responsible for implementation from the beginning
- Take ownership of our business growth by winning over and developing your own book of business, as well as running your own projects with top-tier clients & consultants.
- Learn all the ins and outs of the Consulting industry, develop relationships with Consultants, and practice effective communication with all internal/external stakeholders
- Collaborate with our Business Development team on Project management and Stakeholder engagement, supervising the matching process from start to finish
- Take ownership of business growth, win and develop clients, and run your own projects with top-tier clients and consultants.

**_ Your profile_**
- Recently graduated (Less than 18 months ago) or about to graduate (Latest 2025) from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field, with outstanding academic records
- A passion for start-ups and want to prepare for your adventure down the road
- Strong analytical skills that you use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many domains
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or in startups)
- Proficiency in English is a must
