Though related to pre-sales and lead generation, this role is more strategic than typical pre-sales: you will help shape growth plans, monitor strategy implementation, analyze market dynamics, and support Axience’s expansion. You will turn strategy into action, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that growth initiatives are tracked, adapted and scaled.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Business Development SupportBe part of pre-sales/business development and inside sales team in prospect research, campaign management and executionUnderstand Axience pre-sales and business development process in detail and be responsible for managing/co-managing a team of fixed and moving resources including interns and full-time staffLead generation by building prospect lists using databases / LinkedIn / web-based informationExecute inside-sales by reviewing existing sales databases, past meetings and contacts and understanding accountsGenerate new leads based on themes, segments and news flowsConduct email outreach campaigns to set up calls / meetingsAssist in preparation for and follow-up on meetingsMaintain, manage, update and disseminate various collateral including brochures, presentations, templates and othersTrack metrics: conversion rates, lead funnel performance, win/loss analysesGrowth Strategy DevelopmentContribute to formulating growth plansHelp define KPIs and OKRs for growth initiatives.Execution & OperationalizationHelp project-manage strategic initiatives: set timelines, coordinate between teams Monitor execution: track progress vs targets, suggest course correctionsStrategic Reporting & InsightsProduce regular dashboards and reports for leadership Generate insights from internal and external sources Qualifications & SkillsExperience and BackgroundInternational exposure and/or professional experience (early-career candidates returning to India welcome), orStrong BD experience in KPO/financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, PitchBook), orEvidence of exceptional desk-based efficiency plus market savvy.EducationStrong Bachelor’s/Master’s from top programs (business, law, liberal arts, economics, analytics, etc.).Among the top communicators (written/verbal and logical)High attention to detail, analytical rigor, speed and efficiency.Comfortable with ambiguity; proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.Willingness to go the extra mile when needed.What You Will GainExposure to strategic growth planning and real execution.Close collaboration with senior leadership and visibility into decision-making.Deep understanding of Axience business segments and value propositions.A visible track record across sales, growth, and strategy execution.Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and travel opportunitiesContactIf you have the qualification, experience, and passion for the role mentioned above then please apply with a detailed custom cover letter on linkedin (LINK) or at axience.central@axience.com.
